Charming studio in the city centre (Art 4)

Excellent studio appartment. Positive: Excellent studio appartment. Clean, spacious and well equiped. Appreciate supplies such as kitchen roll and salt/pepper. Location is superb. Perfect for my needs. Incredibly responsive and friendly host. Negative: Worthy of note is that the appartment is still light in the mornings even when the blinds are shut.

Poorly equipped apartment with no support Positive: Location Negative: I arrived at the apartment and immediately noticed a complete lack of basic supplies. For a six-night stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and one towel per person. There was no cleaning or replenishment service during the stay. Essential items like shower gel and shampoo were not provided. For two people staying six days, only one roll of toilet paper was supplied, which is unacceptable even for a budget hotel. The kitchen is practically unusable: no cutting board, no proper kitchen knives, no scissors, and even no baking paper for the oven. It feels like a “decorative” kitchen with no real utilities to actually cook. Afterwards, the owner apologized and offered to send CHF 50 via Airbnb to partially compensate for toilet paper, shampoo, and baking paper. While this gesture is noted just to avoid a bad review, was not accepted because it does not change the fact that the apartment was poorly equipped and the issue was ignored during our stay. The studio feels like an empty box with no minimum equipment for a comfortable stay. The phrase “things may not be perfect” is not an excuse for missing basic necessities. I do not recommend this place until they fix the minimum necessities.

Positive: Facilidade no check in e check out. Espaço conforme fotos. Localizaçao excelente. Negative: Pouca iluminação. Cama e travesseiros não eram confortáveis. Ausencia de microondas e forno limitou a alimentação no local.
